PaisaGuide primarily provides advisory and educational guidance. Most services are free. This refund policy applies only if a paid consultation or specialized service is introduced or offered.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered for paid services under the following conditions:
- The payment was successfully processed, but the service was not delivered.
- A duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error on our side.
- The service was cancelled by PaisaGuide prior to delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Services that have already been delivered (consultation completed, plan shared).
- Change of mind after receiving professional advice or a financial roadmap.
- Financial losses resulting from market risks or Mutual Fund performance.
- Delays caused by insufficient or incorrect information provided by the user.
3. Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please email us at hello@paisaguide.in with your Full Name, Registered Phone Number, Transaction ID, and the specific reason for your request.
4. Refund & Cancellation Timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Cancellations for paid bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to remain eligible for a refund.
